Your mission as the Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety.
Help to maintain an accurate record of the status of systems, timing of warranty, parts supplied and service contracts. Keep up to date all relevant enquiries and project files on any significant information. Provide detailed and accurate records of expenses incurred on behalf of the Company.
In this position you will work with applications engineers, product engineers and account managers to design and offer Leybold service and solutions that helps clients supercharge their process efficiencies. This position acts as the service sales liaison between the Leybold factory and the client with the intent to teach companies how to maximize the life cycle of their equipment through means of the VTS Service Ladder.
