Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort Hamburg einen Onsite IT Service Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Global IT Infrastructure & Services für das Team IT Services & Operations. Ihre Aufgaben Operative Verantwortung für den IT‑Service am Standort Hamburg in Zusammenarbeit mit einer globalen IT‑Organisation Standortnahe Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden durch überwiegend vor‑Ort erbrachte IT‑Services Priorisierung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Incidents und Changes im Rahmen eines strukturierten Ticketmanagements Sicherstellung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für Endanwender mit der Unterstützung externer Dienstleister Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten im IT-Service Betriebsunterstützung und Pflege der lokalen Netzwerk-Infrastruktur Erstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation für IT- und Kommunikationssysteme Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT‑Umfeld mit relevanter Berufserfahrung Fundierte Erfahrung im IT‑Service‑/IT‑Operations‑Umfeld sowie in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von IT‑Projekten Praktische Erfahrung und sichere Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur Professionelles Auftreten mit sehr hoher Service‑ und Nutzerorientierung Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägter Teamgeist Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien, Tools und Trends einzuarbeiten Einsatzort: Hamburg ǀ Hamburg
